All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. You must use your real legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. Ghas Mandir will carry out identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. Verification typically involves confirming your name, date of birth, residential address and payment method ownership. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC or other identification document. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Ghas Mandir login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify Ghas Mandir immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. All bets and transactions made through your account are your responsibility. If you have knowingly or unknowingly shared your login details, you remain liable for all activity on the account until suspension is formally requested.
Ghas Mandir accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, standard bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. All deposits are credited to your account in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at any point in the deposit process.
The minimum deposit at Ghas Mandir is PKR 500 via JazzCash or Easypaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer and card payments are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. These minimums may be updated periodically — the current minimums always take precedence over any figure quoted in historical communications.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your Ghas Mandir account balance within two minutes. Raast transfers and bank transfers may take between fifteen minutes and two business hours depending on your bank's processing speed. Card deposits are typically instant. If a deposit does not appear in your balance after two hours, contact Ghas Mandir support with your transaction reference.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Ghas Mandir reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources.
Withdrawal requests at Ghas Mandir are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification. Same-day processing applies to withdrawal requests submitted during standard business hours where account verification is complete and no bonus wagering conditions remain outstanding.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Requests below this threshold cannot be processed. If your withdrawable balance is below the minimum, you may continue playing until your balance reaches the threshold, or contact support to discuss options.
First-time withdrawal requests require completed identity verification including CNIC confirmation and payment method matching. Subsequent withdrawals to previously verified methods are subject to standard processing without repeated document submission unless Ghas Mandir requests updated verification for security purposes.
Funds credited as part of a bonus offer are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full. Your account dashboard displays your current wagering progress. Once wagering is complete, the remaining balance — up to any applicable withdrawal cap stated in the bonus terms — becomes withdrawable.
Where a bonus carries a maximum withdrawal cap, any balance above that cap will be removed upon wagering completion. This cap is always stated clearly on the Promotions page before you claim the offer.
All bonuses and promotional offers available on Ghas Mandir are subject to individual offer terms in addition to these general terms. Where a conflict exists between an individual offer's terms and these general terms, the individual offer terms take precedence for that specific promotion.
Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are only converted to real withdrawable funds upon completion of the stated wagering requirement. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated — must be bet before withdrawal is permitted.
Not all games and betting markets contribute equally towards bonus wagering. Sports bets on cricket, PSL, football and other markets typically contribute 100% of the staked amount. Certain casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each category are listed on the relevant promotion's detail page. Bets placed on markets with odds below a stated minimum do not count towards wagering.
Ghas Mandir monitors bonus activity to identify patterns consistent with abuse, including low-risk matched betting across both outcomes of a market, systematic exploitation of offer mechanics, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Where abuse is identified, all bonus funds associated with the relevant accounts are forfeited and accounts may be suspended.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated wagering period expire automatically. Expired bonus balances and any winnings generated from them are removed from the account without notice.

All sports bets placed on Ghas Mandir are subject to acceptance at the time of placement. Ghas Mandir reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Do not assume a bet is placed until this confirmation appears.
Sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition. For cricket — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, ODIs and Tests — results are settled on the official scorecard as confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board or ICC. For football, results are settled at the end of ninety minutes of play plus any added time, unless the market specifically states otherwise.
If a cricket match is abandoned due to weather or other circumstances and no official result is declared, all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned. If a PSL match is reduced in overs and a DLS result is declared, that result stands for match-winner markets. Markets on specific player performances in an abandoned match without a DLS result are settled as void.
Live in-play betting is available on selected cricket, PSL, football and esports fixtures. In-play odds change rapidly and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. There may be brief periods during live matches — such as when a wicket falls or a goal is scored — where in-play markets are temporarily suspended. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. Where a bet would generate a payout exceeding the stated maximum, winnings are capped at the maximum payout regardless of the odds at time of placement.
Casino games, live casino tables and slot titles available on Ghas Mandir are operated by third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own published Return to Player (RTP) percentage and rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Ghas Mandir does not modify the core mechanics of any third-party game.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or slot spin, the round in question is considered void and the stake is returned. Winnings generated from a game that experienced a verified technical fault prior to the round completing are not paid. Live casino games are subject to the same general terms as other casino games. Live dealer results are final once the dealer has concluded the round.
